2 cups plain or vanilla yogurt
1 ripe banana
1 cup fresh blueberries
1/2 cup orange juice
ice (we added this ourselves to make the smoothie a little more thick - so just add as much as you want or feel free to leave it out)
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and frothy. Enjoy!
Yummy! I checked out a Cooking LIght book from Sandra Lee from the Library and have been doing all her smoothies. I'll have to put them on here and try yours! Thanks for picking up my slack haha!
ReplyDeleteWe made this and it is yummy! I love smoothies and we make them all the time. Usually I just freeze any leftover fruit we have and then throw it in the blender when we get enough. So good in summer!
